• Ordering & Payments
• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, digital wallets. International orders can be paid via credit card or PayPal.

• Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

  No, Cash on Delivery is not available for orders within India.
  
  We’ve moved to prepaid payments only to reduce delivery failures, failed COD attempts, and the extra handling costs that come with cash collections. This helps us keep prices lower and ensures orders are processed and shipped faster.
  
  You can pay securely at checkout using UPI, card, net banking, or wallets.

• Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 9274721564) or email (info@mudnaaz.in).

• Shipping & Delivery
• How long does delivery take?

  Standard delivery within India takes 5–8 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge. International orders typically take 10–15 business days.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Indian orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat ₹99 shipping fee. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we ship worldwide! We currently ship to over 50 countries including the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe and Southeast Asia. Please note that import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.

• Returns & Exchanges
• What is your return policy?

  We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for all regular-priced items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items, customised orders, and innerwear are not eligible for returns.

• How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  To start a return or exchange, email us at info@mudnaaz.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9274721564 with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Products & Sizing
• How do I find my correct size?

  Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hip circumference and comparing to our size chart. If you're between sizes or need help, just WhatsApp us at +91 9274721564 with your measurements.

• Are your products as shown in the images?

  We take great care to photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different on different screens due to monitor settings and lighting. You can request additional photos via WhatsApp before ordering.

• Do you offer custom stitching or alterations?

  We offer custom sizing and alterations on select products on bulk orders. Please contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9274721564) before placing your order to discuss your requirements. Custom orders may have a 7–14 day additional processing time.
