Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions. Please review these carefully before initiating a return request.
- Returned within 7 days of delivery date
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels are attached
- Packed in original or equivalent packaging
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Custom-made or bespoke orders
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Accessories and jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we offer the following resolutions:
- Exchange: Swap for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability)
- Store Credit: Full value applied to your account — valid for 12 months
- Full Refund: Returned to original payment method within 7–10 business days
How to Return

Pack & Ship
Once your return is approved, securely pack your item in its original or equivalent packaging. Ship to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
Receive Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund promptly. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
