We want you to love every MUDNAAZ piece. If something isn't right, our returns process is simple, fair, and handled with care.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions. Please review these carefully before initiating a return request.

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery date
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • Packed in original or equivalent packaging
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items
  • Custom-made or bespoke orders
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
  • Accessories and jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Items that do not meet the above conditions may be returned to you at your cost. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Exchange: Swap for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability)
  • Store Credit: Full value applied to your account — valid for 12 months
  • Full Refund: Returned to original payment method within 7–10 business days
Exchange and store credit are processed fastest. Refunds to bank/card may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

How to Return

Contact Us

Within 7 days of receiving your order, reach out via WhatsApp (+91 92747 21564) or email (info@mudnaaz.in) with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Once your return is approved, securely pack your item in its original or equivalent packaging. Ship to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

Receive Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund promptly. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Common Questions

Email us at info@mudnaaz.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue. Our team will review and guide you on the next steps.
Unfortunately, sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once we approve your return request, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Wallet/UPI refunds are usually faster than card or net banking.
